1. Purpose
Sporkoo offers restaurateurs a digital menu service: a menu that can be viewed on a phone by scanning a QR code. These terms govern the use of the sporkoo.com website and of the service.
By creating an account or using Sporkoo, you accept these terms.
2. The service
A restaurateur creates their business, enters their menu (categories, dishes, prices in euros, photos, allergens) and gets a QR code to print. Customers view the menu without an account, from their browser: no app to install.
The basic offer (one menu and its QR code) is free, with no time limit. Paid options (several menus, translations, dish photos…) may be offered; they will be subject to separate terms and will never be imposed.
3. Your account
You log in with your email address: a 6-digit code is sent to it, with no password. A person may have only one account. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and your account.
You can manage up to five businesses with the same account; for more, contact us.
4. Content you publish
You remain the owner of your menu, your texts and your photos, and you authorise us to display them on your menu page. You warrant that you have the right to publish them.
You alone are responsible for the accuracy of your menu: prices (all taxes included), the composition of dishes and allergen information, which the regulations require you to provide to your customers. Sporkoo provides the list of the 14 regulated allergens but does not verify your data.
Unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or content that infringes a third party’s rights, is prohibited. We may remove any content that does not comply with these rules.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do what is necessary to keep it accessible, but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Sporkoo is not responsible for the information published by restaurateurs, nor for a dish or a price that differs from the one shown on the menu.
6. Suspension and deletion
You can deactivate or permanently delete your menu from your account area, and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or delete an account that does not comply with these terms.
7. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first to find an amicable solution.
