Can a single QR code serve breakfast, the bar and room service?
Yes. With Pro Menu, you create several menus and the guest picks the one they want after scanning. The QR code stays the same, so you can print it once and for all.
Which languages can I offer my guests?
English, Arabic, Italian, Spanish and German are offered by default. You can also add any other language (Turkish, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch…) simply by typing its name. You write the labels yourself, and the prices stay those of your menu.
Does the menu adapt to the language of the guest’s phone?
Yes, for every language offered: the menu opens in the phone’s language if it is one of those you have enabled, otherwise in French. The guest can also change language by hand from the menu.
Can I display the hotel Wi-Fi?
Yes. You enter the network name and password, and they appear at the bottom of the menu with a button to copy the password. This is a free feature.
How much does the digital menu cost for a hotel?
The basic menu is free for life. Multiple menus and translations are part of Pro Menu, which you can try for 15 days with no commitment. Write to us from your account to find out the terms.
Can my team edit the menu?
The manager edits the menu and prices. They can invite colleagues (reception, chef, restaurant manager) so they can switch off a sold-out dish or ingredient in the middle of service, without giving them access to the rest.
